Abstract : To talk about development in developing countries, it can not be
avoid with rural areas. Actually, most of its residence and majority works
traditionally in agricultural sector. Because of the long distance from central of
development, rural distinguished by the limited chartered investment counsel
infrastructure, at least opportunities of job activity outside agriculture, usage of
technology that is simple and far from supporting facilities for marketing result
of production. Not possibly carries out development without entangling rural
region. Even development in developing countries must see rural region and
agricultural sector as focus and target of development. When resident majority
in rural can do economic social mobility hence can be concluded development
in developing countries has reached most of its citizen, that way on the contrary.
