Abstract: Sea surface temperatures (SST) have a large influence on
climate and weather. Aqua-Modis data can role play as an effective and
cheap for SST data supply. There are much free or open source tools for
analyzing and extraction SST data to learn oceanography phenomenon
relate to process in ocean such Seadas. This paper describes briefly the
utilizing Aqua-Modis data and Seadas software of using them as free SST
data and open source tools for comparison of dynamical SST between
inner and outer area in Tomini-Gulf’s sea.
