Abstract: Climate data represent shares or subsistem from SII,
becoming important part in attitude and give solution to problems of
climate related to other area. Climate data which utilized in determination
minimum long data is annual rainfall data which gone round of in five
town of island of Sumatra for example Medan, Rengat, Jambi, Pangkal
Pinang and Bengkulu. Data from BMKG from year 1970 until 1997 (28
year). Method of determination minimum long data of climate utilized to
analyse to use formula Chow (1954). For Medan there are two value on
Februari and July which do not fulfill conditions of minimum data to
analyse rainfall data, each valuable 39 and 31 year, meaning exceeding
data of early as long as 28 year. For Rengat there are not fulfill two
months that is July and September with value 29 and 37 year. For Jambi
yield to fulfill except on July which minimum long data minimum 29
year. For Pangkal Pinang there are not to fulfill four months namely
August, September and October, each 43, 38, 33 and 32 year. For
Bengkulu on June, July, August and September with value 30, 33, 33 and
36 year, to owning infulfill value of minimum long data of rainfall.
