Abstracts: Decision Support Systems and Expert System is a computerized tools in decision making with a variety of alternative solutions of problems. In the decision-making process, starting from the identification of the problem until problem solving solutions, both of the decision-making tools has different characteristics, which need to be known and comparatived before the user chooses to use a system for solutions to various problems. The comparative results showed advantages and disadvantages of Decision Support System and Expert System, and so the specification of both the tools could see.
