Abstract: This research aimed to determine the status of reef fishes community, especially in Olele Village, Bone Bolango Regency. There were 6 sites selected purposively and data collected in April 2010. A 50 m transect line was set up for visual census at 8 m depths. A series of species indices such species diversity, evenness and dominance as well as species composition was computed and analyzed. The result showed total of 109 species belonging to 23 families (6354 fishes) were determine. The average abundance of each site was 11 – 71 ind/10 m2
