Abstracts: Problems in this research is how to manage the program of agriculture extention based on environment concept at Kabupaten Gorontalo. Problems to be subject matters in this research is how to design,organize, and the implementations of supervision and program evaluation of agriculture extention at Kabupaten Gorontalo.This research used 60 people as sample technique. Data collected used questionnaire, interview.The data analyzed by descriptive analysis.This analysis aimed to describe the management of agriculture extention based on environmental concept at Kabupaten Gorontalo. The result shows that: (1). the agricultural extention based on environmental concept at Kabupaten Gorontalo held according to program plan of the agricultural counseling is poorly ineffective and it less appropriate with the objectives. (2). the organizing of agriculture extention based on environment concept is well done.All activity in this program largely had already been done even though still have to make an improvement in few aspects. (3). The implementation of this program is appropriate with activity mentioned in the program. (4). this program supervision poorly accomplished because less participation in terms of the supervision. (5).The evaluation of this program is also poorly accomplished, and these can be seen from the real condition and not fully make compared the supervision with the implementation, achievement, and decision making to this program.
