Abstract: The aim this study are (1) to know what was mango the base sector in district of Gorontalo (2) to know the base region of mango sector in district of Gorontalo. Analyze technique were Location Quotient
(LQ) and analyze of Localization and specialization. From the result of this research could be conclude of Gorontalo were the base region of mango commodity because LQ value was bigger than one. The sub districts were eighteen regions.
