Abstract: The object of this research is to analyse about: 1) The public participation versus household profile of publict sorounding at PT Gorontalo Minerals. 2) The public participation versus at mining resources advocation. 3) The preference publict versus infrastructure and suprastructure avalaiblity. 4) The participation versus social economy institutional. 5) The participation versus institutional in carrying out the conflict of illegal mining. The result is : 1) There are four influence variables for house hold profeli : Male which the p value is (0.008) < alpha 10% with odds ratio value is 11.81 and age with the p.value (0.038) < alpha 10% with the odds ratio is 0.9, and than high school graduation and the p. value is (0.079) < alpha 10% with the odds ratio is 2.56 also under graduate graduation with the p.value (0.015) < alpha 10% and the odds ratio is 15.19. 2) There is one influence variable, that is to follow the socialization, with the p. value is (0.035) < alpha 10% and the odds ratio value is 12.78. 3) Infrastructure the are four influence variables, thore are road infrastructure with the p. value is (0.027) < alpha 10% and the odds ratio is 5.2, and than communication infrastructure with the p.value is (0.003) < alpha 10% and the odds ratio is 4.71. after that economy infrastructure with the p.value is (0.060) < alpha 10% and the odds ratio 0.29 and the last is sport suprastructure with the p.value is (0.066) < alpha 10% and the odds ratio is 3.02. 4) Social economy institutional there is one influence variables that is to follow the activities of social economy with the p.valeu is (0.056) < alpha 10% and the odds ratio is 0.4. 5) Conflic of illegal mining and carrieng out is one influence variable that is the ownership of illegal mining with p.value (0.062) < alpha 10% and the odds ratio is 0.62.
