Abstract: This research aimed to know: the influence of production factors
use at tecnological level applied toward total production of chili farming. The
data of the research was collacted from 60 chili farmers using cluster sampling
method. The colleted data was then analyzed by using Cobb-Douglass
Production Function Analysis. The result of the research showed that the use of
seed, fertilizers of SP36, KCl, and fungisida baycor had negative influence or
decreased the chilies product. Meanwhile, the factors that had positive influence
to increase the production were land size, labours, manures, urea fertilizer, and
insectiside hostation. This use of production factors led the chilies farm
enterprises in to Decreasing Return to Scale area.
