Analisis Situasi Pangan Kabupaten Cianjur dengan Neraca Bahan Maknan (NBM) dan Pola Pangan Harapan (PPH)

Abstract: The aim of this research to analyze the food situation in the
Kabupaten Cianjur with the Food Balance Sheet (FBS) and the Desireable Food
Patern (DDP). The data in the FBS compilation took the form of the secondary
data was received from various related agencies and the data was processed
software “Program Aplikasi Perencanaan Pangan dan Gizi” that were developed
by Heryatno and Baliwati in 2004/2005. Results of the analysis of the data were
received by the total availability of food from Kabupaten Cianjur in 2006 is
3016 kkal per capita per day. The total availability of protein to be consumed by
the comunity of the Kabupaten Cianjur in 2006 is 71,65 gram. Whereas the
score of PPH Kabupaten Cianjur in 2006 is 79.5.
